(First time curve side user) Placed a pick up order at 8:58 am, for IN STOCK on sale items (closest location to me for pick up) After 4+ hours I did not receive any update so I decided to drive 20 minutes to ask about my purchase. Upon arrival I was told they could not log into the system to check my order and was asked multiple times to see proof of my order. After a couple of “let me ask my boss” I was advised the items were NOT in stock as stated on their website. I was given a write down your name and I’ll make sure to cancel it by the Associate and Manager. Customer service is lacking from the floor associates all the way to the manager. It has now been 40 minutes since my visit and my order has NOT been cancelled which means it will take that much longer to get my money back. As the items WERE charged to my account.nnThis was a waste of time, a poor experience. Do not recommend going to this facility or using their curve side service.

Tried ordering curbside pick up, waited for 2 hours, and when we called they said there was no order placed and they couldn't do anything about it. Horrible experience!

The photo section was not customer friendly nor the cashier at the front lacked knowledge of products.

Cashiers are very passive aggressive. Very rude to the people have no customer service experience and his name was Maurice working in the photo department
