The Roof Medic

Roof Medic was AWESOME! We had a bad/leaking skylight, & another one about to... they replaced both for us. They responded very quick! I got a next day appointment to assess the problem & they replaced them both the very next day, they were friendly, professional & I definitely recommend them! It was fantastic to have a roof contractor to do repairs without the worry of them trying to sell you a new roof! We'll have them back very soon for cleaning & moss treatment. :)

I discovered my roof started to leak after the latest wind and rain storm a couple of weeks ago, I could see water penetrating through the ceiling in my bedroom. I called Roof Medic the next morning and Katrina was very responsive and helpful in handling my call. She was able to schedule a technician to come to my house that same morning. Joe showed up on time, inspected the roof, found the damage, and explained to me the work he would perform clearly. The cost of the repair was exactly as quoted. I am grateful for Katrina's and Joe's responsiveness to my roofing need, and how professionally they handled the matter. I have had a great experience with them and will definitely call Roof Medic again next time if I have any roofing need (fingers crossed).

I've had Roof Medic work on my tired old roof twice, now. Three years ago, I had a leak, and the whole thing had been 'patched' with a second layer of shingles already, which means it's past due for a proper replacement. After getting a couple of shocking estimates for that, I searched and found RM. They did a moss removal treatment, replaced some shingles, replaced a board, and re-sealed a spot where something passes through the roof. No leaks since then.nnThis time, I found shingles in my yard that came from the other end of the house, so I called RM again. I got the same friendly and professional treatment that I got the first time. They know what they are doing, are always on time, and the estimate is the price; no last minute upcharges.nnIt's a no-hassle experience. Had my roofs and gutters cleaned by Roof Medic at my home in Auburn. Friendly responsive team did a thorough job and cleaned-up all the debris off my numerous decks. Very happy with the job. Because it was raining, they deferred the roof treatment to another day. So they came back again to finish the job so my treatment would be optimal. Hightly recommend.
