This CVS is the best, everyone is very nice that works there and it is almost always well stocked.
I completely agree with the below review regarding covid testing here. I have no doubt the staff here at this CVS are great but the process through which covid testing is conducted here is a big problem.nnI was also told 2-4 business days. I was tested on Monday morning with the expectation to hear back Wednesday or Thursday but no such luck. I had to directly call the lab the samples get sent to, who referred me to the client help line, and finally after being on hold for nearly an hour total all I really get is confirmation that results will likely take 7-8 days. Nothing could be done to expedite my results, all I can do is wait. Not being able to work for an entire week is detrimental to me, not to mention having to be careful around my parents who are also extremely at risk. Something really must be done to resolve this problem, whether it be taken up with the clinical lab or whatever it may be. Please consider looking into this matter as soon as possible because 7-8 days is really unacceptable.
There are a few things you need to know about testing for covid at CVS:nn1. The staff at this location are great! The one star has nothing to do with them or this location but for CVS as a whole. I've been a life long customer and my entire testing experience made me disappointed with the company.nn2. It seems like the easiest and quickest way to get results, this is why I chose it, but it is not. If it is your only option, then yes go for it. But if you have other options to see a doctor or a different testing site I strongly suggest going there.nn3. Their website claims you will have results in 2-3 days but it is FALSE ADVERTISING. They do not test your sample on Saturday or Sunday it is business days only. And while yes, you may get your results earlier the wait is actually predicted to be 5-7 business days. I was only able to find this out by jumping through hoops, calling many many different numbers, and waiting on hold for 40 plus minutes. When I did get ahold of the man who worked in corporate his response to the whole thing was: yes, we're aware we have false information on the website, no we're not working on changing it. How is that even acceptable? And how is that fair to your employees who are the ones at the frontline taking on all the calls??!nn4. If you are testing for covid you most likely are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed. My personal story is that I was exposed and staying with my 60 year old parents and I was terrified of possibly giving it to them. I tested on a Friday morning assuming I'd know by Monday at the latest just to be told on Tuesday that it could in fact be 5-7 business days. Dear CVS, that is a terrifying wait time and in all honesty 7 business days is 0 help. By that point ppl have probably started to live their lives again and it's spreading. I guess thank you for trying, and for ppl who have no other option it's better than nothing, but all in all I am so disappointed in this whole experience and I have tested elsewhere at this point.nn5. Once you have been tested, like I mentioned before, there is no number to call, no one to check in with, and no way to know what is happening with your test or why it's running late. If you have other options, go to those instead.
This location has Covid testing and it says drive tru but inside the drive tru is pharmecy connected to the testing center so , there is a possibility of complications.nSo scary I'm not going there!
If I could give no stars I would. Complete failure of customer service. Terminating all my prescriptions and going elsewhere.
