Best pharmacists and pharmacy technicias ever at Redondo Beach store in Los Angeles County. I have been coming here for over couple of months and want to let everyone know how kind, thoughtful and caring pharmacists have been during this time. It is a very busy pharmacy but they have always made me feel that they had time for me and my questions. They are to be commended. Thank you for all you do for me, and all your customers.

Extremely rude and Have no idea what they are doing.nThe pharmacist was lazy and told me she couldn't runnmy insurance. She was busy and didn't want to take time to help menbecause there was a line forming behind me. Will never come back, I switched to Ralphs down the street.

The pharmacists at this location are rude and inconsiderate to say the absolute least. I call in to the pharmacy after my prescriptions have been refilled by my doctor, and the pharmacist on the phone states that they will be ready for pick up on the 23rd. When I arrive on the 23rd, not only is the medication not ready, but a very rude gentleman tells me that it is too soon to be refilled (despite the information provided over the phone 2 days previous). After a bit of discussion the same gentleman tells me to come back in 1 hour, he is too busy. This was at 8:01am - the store just opened and no one was in line (see pic). Needless to say I’ll be switching to Rite Aid or CVS. #Rude #TerribleCustomerService

I visited the pharmacy and there was no WAIT for turning in my prescription and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Remarkable for after work hours compared to other major pharmacies. The service was great.

Pharmacy is very unfriendly and unkind. I don’t understand. Bad experience. Will switch to a new pharmacy.
