The app is comprehensive, and signup, including insurance was easy. My prescription was delivered on time as promised. If you want same day, the order needs to be processed in the morning. If the order goes in during the afternoon or evening, it arrives next day.
Excellent customer service. Owner Joe is genuinely helpful to customers. Pharmacists and assistants really care about the customers and are dedicated to making the customer’s life better.

After a brief (rare) unpleasant experience, the Owner Joe went out of his way to apologize, make it right & has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Good customer service is a lost art — but Joe and the team at Playa Pharmacy understand the importance of treating everyone that walks through their door with the utmost respect & always have you leaving with a smile!
