The entire store is clean and every aisle has huge signs directing you to the specific items you need. The associates are also very helpful, if you ask for assistance.nThe pharmacy is very efficient. Most of the time it’s the people who wait until last minute to fill their scripts & are the most impatient, that make the pharmacy experience awkward. I have over 18 medications filled at this location and rarely have to wait. When there is a wait or I see a lack of people behind the pharmacy I’ll go ask a manager to call for assistance, like an intelligent person. I’ll come back if it’s too much, since this is my local CVS in my neighborhood. To wait on hold for an hour On the PHONE, like some have stated? Who is that numb in the brain to hold the phone for that length of time?? That’s insane and embarrassing for that person. How long have they lived on the planet? Or survived?nThe staff is very helpful and professional. This CVS has incorporated the new social distancing extremely well and effortlessly. They are stocked well and take comments and requests and put them into action. They Have resolved so many issues I encountered being it was a new location.nIn this new changing culture and social climate, CVS on Artesia is a pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing familiar faces and receiving service and quality products I depend on. This location has a cohesive team with experience and knowledge of client experience! I appreciate the hard work and dedication this store provides to the community every day consistently. They have always been essential to my health and well being since their opening. Please be kind and put yourself in their position when you engage and the speaking tone you use. We are all prone to having bad days and we might make someone’s day brighter with a positive expectation and a Thank You. Masks, are that! They mask our personalities and force us to think outside our comfort zone to display how we can show our Gratitude!

The pharmacy is understaffed. There's no way around it. I've had multiple occasions where I've waited on hold for AN HOUR trying to call in a prescription before giving up and waiting in the store for over an hour to get my prescription since I couldn't call it in ahead of time. I live across the street from this CVS, but it just isn't worth waiting around anymore. I will go to a different CVS. The worst time I was told it would take 20 minutes, so I waited in the store while my 4 month old son was incredibly sick at home and waiting for his breathing medication. It took them an an hour and 15 minutes to fill the prescription. I really wish they could have at least been honest about how long it would take so I could have spent that time at home.nnTo be fair, I have also had good experiences with the pharmacy, and I think they do a good job when they aren't understaffed. It just isn't worth the risk and I'm done wasting my time.nnThe rest of the store is great, and I'll continue to shop there.

I checked with couple stores around this area, only this Cvs has a opened photography counter during pandemic time. Also very nice customer service. Thank You!

Thevstaff made me wait in line for 20 minutes, and then told me they don’t do MoneyGram. I’m calling corporate.

I went into CVS to get vitamins. I had a question, so I went to the pharmacy to ask a question. I was met with Edwin P. His attitude and demeanor is absolutely disgusting. If you want to continue to have customers you need to check his attitude cause it is absolutely horrible. Nobody wants to spend money dealing with someone who is nasty.
