Just had the most wonderful customer service experience at this bike shop. These guys know their stuff. They were so helpful and kind. I tried to buy something, but all I could find that I needed was a bell. They helped fix up my bike but wouldn't accept payment. I will be back when my tune up is due or when I need new tires. Jack, Chad and the other service guy (sorry, I didn't get your name) are amazing!
Above and beyond customer service. Friendly, courteous and skillfull staff. The owner, Jack treats you like a part of the family.
The BEST customer service, plus good deals and nice employees. What more could you ask for. Bought the lowest priced used bike from Jack 3 years ago and he still remembers me, and the bike still works great.
Jack's an expert! I was about to give up on my first real road bike from the 80s and he made it better than new. I was sad to see him leave Lomita, but I can see El Segundo is fortunate to have him now.
Wow, talk about legit. One of my 11 year olds keeps destroying her bike tires and this shop fixes it in no time flat, pun intended. True professionals, highly recommended.
