Apolonia best customer service hand down always goes above and beyond to help and answer any questions I have. Store is very clean and organized. Definitely my first choice of rite aids across Bakersfield!

I have found this pharmacy to be quite pleasant as far as pharmacies go. The staff is polite and professional, there is on occasion a few people queued in line but the wait is never terrible. They've called other rite aids for me when a non prescription item were out of stock. There is the frequent solicitor up front asking for money, or trying to sell you something quite possibly not obtained by legal means, but if you wish to avoid any possible uncomfortable encounter then the pharmacy does have a drive thru where you don't have to leave the comfort of your vehicle.

I had came into bye the big gumball machine for my kids I asked the lady up front ware they where because I didn't see then she told she didn't think they had any and that she just started so she was not sure so I asked her if there was someone else I could speak with she had told me no they ware all in a meeting well I ended up getting some other things and when I went to check out I wanted dto sing up for a plinti card well then she called a manger to help. So my thing was so you can call when you need help but when a paying customer needs help you refuse kinda messed up.
