Extremely unsatisfactory. The staff at the front desk tried to give me medications that belongs to a old person with same name as my 6 month old son. And instead of saying sorry, she said,”you gave me this name”. But I did give her date of birth and address. It is their responsibility to double check patient identity.

Absolutely wonderful and professional staff! Prescriptions are always filled very quickly and they are very helpful with one of my preferred generics. I have been to a number of pharmacies in Bakersfield since I've been here a few months and this place is beyond other places that I've been to. I chose this place as others did not have a specific brand generic that works for me.

I had a issue with a prescription (over the counter) ... the pharmacist made it right and went above and beyond to meet my needs. He made a customer very happy and I will use them in the future. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend them. Exceptional customer service.

Hina's pharmacists are very knowledgeable and careful to review your needs each time you visit. On my last visit they took the time to check the coverage of my insurance for the medications I was purchasing. In addition they alerted me to additional refills on another medication I am taking, saving me an additional trip to the pharmacist in the near future.
