Truxtun Pharmacy has been out go to pharmacy for many years, and they continue to shine during this shelter in place. They accurately bubble pack my son’s medication and work seamlessly with his out of town doctor. Yesterday they courteously had my refills ready even while I was focused on my son’s refills. They were even able to fill a message change at the end of the day.nnI appreciate Lorraine, Julie and all the staff!
I have all good things to say about my experience with the staff. They go above and beyond to help and make sure their customers are cared for. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
Have to admit I was impressed. The short time I was there waiting. I saw the staff greet other customers by name. In a world where we are faceless drones it was nice to see a business that takes time with its customers.
Meds are filled very quickly, always correctly, staff helpful & friendly. I've used them many, many times and will continue. Once when they didn't have in stock the Rx I needed, they called and found it for me elsewhere.
The worst customer service people are not qualified for the job
