Action Sports is not your typical sports retailer. Their knowledge and professionalism has always exceeded my expectations. Their personal attention to the customer goes above and beyond anything I have ever received or experienced at one of the big box stores and keeps me coming back. Service was so great I came back to buy a third bike this month. Already bought one for my son and myself when I was browsing the Trek website and saw the bike my daughter liked was in stock. Text Chad to confirm and he already had the tires filled with slime by the time I showed up. I’ll definitely return for a bike for my wife in the future. A family that rides together stays together.

I wanted to give a special shoutout to Curtis.nnI didn't know anything about Cycling, the closest thing to cycling was riding my K-Mart bike when I was a kid. Had no clue with regards to the gears/shifts/breaks/positioning and generally how to take care of your bike.nnI was treated well, and was guided throughout the entire process. I wasn't pressured to purchase any bike, and was given the time to come to my own conclusion.nnIt's refreshing to be treated with respect. Ultimately was the best retail experience I've ever had in my life.

Thank you action sports for Levi he was so informative, helpful and gave excellent quality service from getting two of my bikes serviced, I then decided to buy 2 new trek bikes and he helped me through the whole process from start to finish. Wow... can I just say he is amazing he fitted my husband and made our experience pleasant on his new fx2 bike and today we are picking up my daughters new trek and are asking for him personally.

Many staff members available to answer questions or help with products. Having items in-stock and in the store means I can take my purchase home and bolt it right up to my bike, no waiting for a web company to ship the item. Action Sport’s staff are all extremely knowledgeable. Never feel like being “sold” when I’m shopping here. I would describe it as being helped by a friend rather than being “sold” by a salesperson.
