Staff that's working here are very nice and very professional. Everyone has their masks on. I want to get my bike fixed and all I needed was a screw tighten which they did for free and I really appreciate them. I recommend this place for everybody
This shop has a pretty decent selection of bikes, parts, accessories, including both road and mountain bike lines. The popular brands like Specialized and Trek seem to be stocked best, whether you're looking for a new ride, need parts for upgrades or building your own. I was helped as soon as I walked through the door. Since I knew exactly what I needed, that made the work relatively easy and I had my questions answered on the spot, so I could make an informed decision. Prices a bit steep, but very few bike shops offer warehouse prices and mail order service. That's why they're here, to get the professional advice and services.
Owner or employee seemed to not really care as in uninterested in wanting to help or seemed all that friendly. You'd be better off going to Action Sports or some corporate place than here. Appreciate the Owner's reply to this review adding nothing of value. 10/10 sir
I had a great experience with Allen. He sized my bike and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this store for all your bike needs.
