I love where this property is, the staff are great, the rooms though old are nice and clean. I’d give it more stars if the beds matched the price of the room. We’ve stayed here several times and the beds are springy and dip in the middle. The “queen” was actually a full. I love the apartment feel and the ability to cook and bring our own food. But those beds, ugh. I think the floor would have been a better option. The beds are the only thing that make us hesitant is reserving rooms in the future.

We stayed in one of the Studio rooms, very nicely decorated, clean, beautiful views on the second floor. Wonderful kitchenette and the amenities. Great place, will stay again for sure!nOnly thing that would've been nice to turn up the heater before arrival. The room took hrs to heat up to take our coats off. On a cold Fall afternoon.

The 1bedroom condo was just perfect for the weeks stay. It was clean and newly refurbished. Loved the full kitchen and the balcony. Great trails ud83dudc63 to walk on the beach ⛱. I miss it already!! Thanks for the excellent service and accommodations. See you next year.nnKarin Lane

I have been coming here to stay for over 20 years! I love the neighborhood and how close everything is to the Breakers. I finally bought a Condo here and love it so much! The sunsets are spectacular and the local restaurants are open to adapting the menus to be gluten free for myself/health.

The Breakers is a wonderful hotel. The room was clean with the basic amenities in it such as coffee maker, mini refrigerator and microwave. The double bed was in a separate area from the queen bed, which was nice for some privacy. The swimming pool, although on the cold side, was huge and hot tub was welcoming. My friend and I had the pool and hot tub to ourselves twice.nnThe landscaping view of the property was gorgeous and you can hear the ocean. You have to drive or walk the boardwalk to the beach, but staying in this hotel is worth it.nnThe front desk person at The Breakers let us check in early, because our room was ready. This hotel also has a basketball court, horseshoe games, BBQ pits, and pet friendly. Great place to stay.
