I absolutely love it here. I've been staying here over a month, and I would say the best part about Rosemont Terrace is the family dynamic. The new owners are great and are improving a lot of things that I understand the old owners left as issues. The manager is AWESOME and so helpful, I'm new living by myself and have learned a lot from him and the people here. The park is clean, there is a laundry and bathroom/shower facility, as well as a soda machine. Close to town and the beach. I couldn't be happier with my choice of a place to stay. Also VERY dog friendly, which is a huge plus for me. I love dogs and my dog loves everybody here, and everyone is so nice to him.

Yes this park is under new ownership. They also have lots issues that the past owners never fixed. The property is so much cleaner and a lot less cars then before. New office is so much better then using the front room of the managers home. Bathrooms are clean but outdated, again not the new owners fault. They have a lot to do to get this up towards the 4 and 5 stars. Taking over a property right as Covid starts must be difficult! Still we had a good time!
This is a true gem. Real trees and grass between most spots and a great community feel to the park. The manager Skip works tirelessly and is such a great resource, amazing really.
