Beautiful houses, sleeps up to 20 comfortably. Large kitchen in guest house, medium size in main Tinker house. Pool table, foosball table in guest house. Tidy, comfortable, wifi and cable. Everything is clean and well maintained. Wonderful for groups, families, corporate retreats. Lots of bathrooms, many on suite. Great place to stay.

Best part of this rental was the guest house which accommodated our large family reunions but the drinking water was horrible and we had to buy our own Brita to filter the taste. It was very centrally located near the beach as well as the town.
