Cute, quaint and quite. New vynil plank flooring and I loved the tile in the bathroom. Big new LG TV. Perfect parking spots. Close to the main Pacific Ave with tons of eating and shopping. All walking distance. Like 3 min walk across two little side street. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and came out to a perfect spot to look at the horizon.

Let's start with the positive. Great location! Walking distance into town. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly.nNow, not so good:nAll the other reviews are accurate, the beds are hard and loud when you move at all.nThe floors were dirty and you couldn't have paid me to use the mini coffee maker! It was so dirty!bathroom needs some deep cleaning as well. We were on the bottom floor and could hear everything from the people upstairs and to the left of us.parking was awful too. All spot were taken so we had to get creative! Over all price was OK, but to much for what we got.
Not clean. The floor was filthy, may have had blood droplets on it, something was dripped in several areas. Very poor quality furniture. No window screens, bugs everywhere, no a/c, no paper towels in the kitchen, 3 bath towels for six guests, no ice machine, no phone or local directory for amenities. The clerk lied about the local eateries. They were all closed when we arrived. We would have ate before we arrived if we had known. Worst night of sleep in my lifetime. Our 2 cottages look nothing like any of the photos. Way overpriced for the value.
Nice staff who made every accommodation I had plus gave me a let check out and a free upgrade. Nice roomy downstairs room that had everything I needed would stay here again. Great price! Thanks!
