Didn't stay there personally but visited over a few days. Decent place and a great manager named Spencer.
In the off fishing season it is full of screaming kids, cars with no mufflers, and a bunch of drunks

We made the reservation by phone at the last minute and explained we would be arriving late. The manager told us where to park and made sure we had what we needed for the night. Very friendly and helpful with good rates and clean facilities. Also within easy walking distance of the marina and harbor or downtown.
This places are backup plan we travel. It's clean quiet. And usually easy to get into.
