Dealt with Carlos. He was very informative and friendly from day 1. He was able to see me right away and I loved that he came prepared with a slide on his laptop. He also brought some roof samples to look at which was nice. Throughout the whole process, the office kept me well informed and up to date. Carlos was able to get the color of roof that I wanted even when it wasn't on the brochure. They went above and beyond the work I was expecting and now my house looks 20 years younger and we love it! Yes.... I would recommend them!
I had admired my neighbors roof for a while and couldn't find anyone that was in my budget to install a new roof. Just looking at some new products in roofing lead me to California Roofs & Solar, called and set up the appointment. Some one was out in a day to give me and estimate and just happened to mention...this company also put my neighbor's roof on. They were really great at being on time. Working in heat,I thought was unbearable, and always professional. I still can't believe I live in this house! The new roof makes all the difference!
I am very glad that I decided to give them the contract to replace the old roof of my house. Not only did they redid the roof, but they also installed the Newly designed Solar Panels with it. It is seamless and looks wonderful, no worries about birds or pests taking residence underneath but also supposed to prevent common problem of water leaks through. My roof looks beautiful, what a transformation from the old one.nI have nothing but praises to the wonderful staff that took care of this project. Neydi was so efficient in coordinating the process, she has a wonderful personality, very easy to deal and kept me well informed. Alfredo, the project manager also was so prompt with keeping me informed & answered my questions any time. He made sure I am aware of the progress of the project. The workers were very experienced & did not waste time at all. They were very prompt and workmanship was superb. I am very happy and proud I choose them. The inspector was thorough, really looking at the whole picture of how my roof was functioning. He explained the cause of my leak and gave a detailed explanation of what was needed to fix it. The inspector showed me a video taken on the roof so I could see the problems clearly. Professional, good communication, explained where we go from here quite well. Great experience!
Great experience with Grandmark Energy with planning, installation and follow up so far. We've had the system for close to a year now, and it has produced as promised. Worked with Miguel assisted with the municipality rebate. They reviewed past energy usage, discussed plans for potential electric vehicle in the future, and recommended panel coverage to meet our needs. No electric vehicle, yet, but the extra capacity has helped with increased household use during COVID.
