We arrived in town for a week of mountain bike riding and realized we had an error message on one of our E-MTB’s and the bike was not functioning. We contacted the shop and they quickly got us on, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and got us on our way. Additionally, they checked out our other bike without asking and fixed items that would have been big issues down the road. This is not the first time we have used their services and each time they are friendly, honest, competent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for sales or service.
I rented two paddle boards for the day, and was really happy with the experience I had working with folks at Methow Cycle & Sport. I made a reservation ahead of time, and when I arrived they helped me load the boards on my car, gave great tips, and were super friendly as well. I highly recommend renting equipment here!
My sons, 10 and 12, had a great lesson with Kat. Her warm and enthusiastic personality was great for two newbies. They were able to tell me about all the things they learned, like the biking ABCs, leaning on turns, braking exercises and more. This was a perfect lesson for kids: they left knowing they had things to work on, but still feeling more confident than before and excited with their new skills. Recommended.
I'm looking at a new mountain bike and they have been very helpful in picking the right one. They have also been great over the years with trail advice.
