Great for a quick item

The pharmacy here sucks. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Prescriptions are never when they say they will be ready. They always claim they didn’t get the faxes from my doctors and when they do, it takes a day or two to fill. One time, they refused to give me an over the counter prescription that wasn’t even covered by insurance because the pharmacist was on lunch. I came back later in the day and he was on break.

That new pharmacy tech girl Esmeralda was attentive & Patient. Even after the older gentle men was giving her a hard time. I was told my prescription was ready but it wasnt when i got there. She got it ready for me pretty quick. Thank you.

Worst CVS on the planet the entire pharmacy staff should be fired in the last 6 months I have battled them on a number of issues they promise to call me back time and time again never received a single call back from this company except once a week late and after lying to my face three other times this company continues to push the blame on my insurance when they're just sitting there not filling out the paperwork the insurance is requested and then they're accusing the insurance company I'm not sitting the paperwork when you know that they got the paperwork they just didn't process it now I go to fill my son's antibiotic at this place and the guy says it's an anabolic were out you might wanna go find it somewhere else almost drove off and then I realized wait a second why isn't this pharmacist doing his job so I kindly not so kindly actually got back on the speakerphone nose at the drive-through and I say excuse me sir why don't you do your job and provide me some customer service and tell me where to go get this antibiotic at it is really sad I had to actually do that what is wrong with the people that work here I have gone several days twice now in the last 6 months without medicine also because of this pharmacy and their inability to actually process paperwork in make phone calls I had the manager of the pharmacy promised she would call me give me a specific day never heard for her her from over coworkers over a week later I spoke to the manager but he provided awful service to he made a family member drive 3 hours to pick up a prescription for me because I didn't have the money that day and they wouldn't take a credit card over the phone 3 hour drive round trip total of 6 hours just so that I can get my medicine because this pharmacy refused to provide customer service mind boggling I hope I get to have a sit down face-to-face meeting with the district manager this is absolutely atrocious I cannot believe is building is even open I feel sorry for anybody that's even dealt with half of what I've dealt with with this particular location they lie they don't do their job they are lazy and their managers could care less
