I would like to give thanks to Jamison for always giving Abel Gonzales the help every time he walks into cvs saying he needs help looking for an Item and Jamison is there to always assets Abel. I did give a survey and the person that replied was Shoua Moua I stated to her in the email to let Jamison know that he should get recognized for his hard work and dedication to us consumer but she never replied back. I just wanted to put it out there thank you Jamison we Abel and I greatly appreciate your hard work to make sure us customers are happy and we are.

My wife is in a memory center and due to the shelter in place, no visitors are allowed in the facility. The center does call me to let me know how my wife is doing and today they said she was out of several items, including toilet paper. I went to my CVS at Herndon and West avenues in Fresno and met an employee named Bob. I told him my story and he guided me around and helped me pick out the items I need to get for my wife. When I had everything but the toilet paper I told him I'd noticed they were out of toilet paper like everyone else. He smiled and told me to follow him. He asked me if I wanted four or six rolls and I told him six would be unbelievable. He went in the back and came out with the much needed toilet paper and placed it in my cart and told me if I ever needed anything for my wife to come to the store and ask for him.nSee their really are Angels on earth and one of them is named Bob!!

When it was Longs, I was there every other day. No!, they didn’t offer stupid foot long, none sense coupons. But they were honest. Now that you cane and became CVS suddenly it was all off brand items for a while. I complained months later you brought brand names.nNow you send coupons I try to use it o cue in a while for some reason, as careful as I am , I get no use of coupon. I don’t want embarrass myself and hold the line I leave upset. This happens every time I try your stupid coupons. Which is very seldom. Guess what? Now on I will not set foot in your store. I don’t need to get upset. I’ll pay the full price without being tricked.
