curb side pick up was very helpful. Their service was speedy and we were headed home with out order rather quickly
All five or six employees I walked by greeted me and asked if they could assist me.
Been to this location quite a few times; hopeful that my experience will get better, but it only gets worse. Associates are rude, unwelcoming, and when you actively have to seek one out to get assistance, they are fully incompetent.
Had they have had the shoes I wanted it would,have been five stars for sure! I had to return a pair of shoes my wife didn't like.....and despite my frustration with situation, I left the happy and joyful thanks to the awesome customer service that nearly every one of the employees I had a pleasure of dealing with exhibited store was clean good selection but Above All Else awesome customer service gives this place for stars for sure.
Bought a bike terrible customer service. The guy that helped us looked fresh out of prison covered in tattoos extremely unhelpfull. The bike was terrible nothing but problems with it. After 5 months the wheel broke went in they just said the warranty didn't cover it again with terrible and extremely lazy customer service. Lost a customer for life never going back there. Don't buy a bike there whatever you do would be better off with a cheap Walmart bike probably.
