OLD FASHIONED FRIENDLY SERVICE STILL EXISTS! I came into Hangtown Cyclery for the first time to get a simple flat fixed on my way to Mammoth Lakes and Bishop for the July 4th, 2020 weekend. I received a level of service that I could only describe as exceptional: Enthusiastic owner Kevin and energetic sidekick Dustin repaired my flat promptly, unexpectedly weighed my bike (out of curiosity) and recommended a tubeless tire conversion while extolling its myriad benefits.nnOne upgrade led to another, and I now have a very dialed-in Specialized Epic mountain bike! I brought my wife's old Trek mountain bike for a tune-up and shock overhaul and she is also a delighted customer!nnBOTTOM LINE: Kevin and Dustin are passionate cyclists first and foremost and clearly display and share their expertise through supportive advice and recommendations on bike repair, maintenance, and upgrade as if my bike were their own. They both provide that old-fashioned small local bike shop level of service that you will not find anywhere else!

Best place ever, took very good and got a old ( almost throw able bike) back on the road! Customer service is the absolute best! I highly recommend this place!
