I saved a lot of money coming to The Bike Shop in Brentwood! I had a crooked front derailer, squeaky brakes, and a rattle in the rear wheel. Ron made adjustments for the first 2 issues and determined that the play in my rear wheel resulted in some broken bearings. The price could not be beat. I have ridden it since then and it's smooth again. I had contacted a mobile bike service that said it sounded like I needed a mobile tune-up for $125. Ron charged me a small fraction of that. This photo isn't exactly the amount of money I saved but it's what I had in my wallet to illustrate the point. The Bike Shop has adjusted their process during the pandemic, so it's good to call them and they'll explain it. Happy wheeling!

Had a great experience today at The Bike Shop! Kelly and Ron were such great people to work with. I was looking for an entry level mountain bike, not particular on brand. With inventory low due to the current economic status and everyone wanting to ride a bike, Kelly pulled a Cannondale bike that ended up being absolutely perfect! (Don’t get me wrong, they have bikes!!) I went not knowing exactly what I wanted and the first bike she showed me was it! Great color and very comfortable ride. Ron added a water bottle holder and checked the bike out before we left too! Kelly let me know they do maintenance work on the bike free of charge for the lifetime of the bike, which is a huge plus in my book! I really value the amazing, honest service they provided me with today. I’m super excited to ride my bike and bring it in again when it needs a tune up! Thank you Kelly and Ron!

Traveled there today 5/02 from Tracy to get a flat tire fixed. Even decided to purchased an addl bike since the prices were reasonable and had to buy bike rack to get it home. After struggling for only a few minutes someone came out to assist me and get me on my way. Wow good old fashion customer service and professionalism.nnI highly recommend The Bike Shop. Support this local business!!

Very nice and knowledgeable people that genuinely want to help you with whatever it is you need. I had some issues with my tires that I bought from amazon and they took me in right before closing time and helped me out tremendously I even learned something about my bike that I didn’t know.nSupport your locals!

After my son tried to figure out the problem on his own, I brought his bike in to BBS, and they got him squared away. Easy fix on parts purchased at the store and they got him back on the road (and off the couch) free of charge.nnGreat group!nThank you!!!
