Pacific Coast Roofing Service

We got three bids and selected Pacific Coast Roofing. I love these guys! As others have said, the experience was terrific from start to finish as they installed a roof on our new garage:nnExcellent communication (via email because cell service is not reliable).nnBrian asked lots of questions, so we felt confident about the bid (the other bids were vague and verbal). He also sent Johnny, the estimator, to help us select shingle color to match the house. (Choosing the right color on our own was surprisingly hard but Johnny did it in about three seconds.)nnVery competitive pricing!nnSmooth scheduling, and they arrived on time.nnWonderfully professional workmanship. The roof looks great, and the installers met my husband's standards -- which isn't easy :) This includes setting up the downspouts but leaving them off because the garage doesn't have siding yet.nnAmazing service! Brian made sure one of the assigned workers could translate, which helped me feel comfortable about conveying details. I had asked them to fix a weird corner on the house where the rain missed the gutter. They not only did that, they also fixed a few loose vent-flashing screws and added caulk on the screws. I think they may have even replaced one flashing that was a bit bent and not screwed down.nnLast but not least...see how tidy the left half of the driveway is? They did that, as well as cleaned up after themselves.nnThe garage-to-be is looking like a real garage now, and our worries about rain are much lower.

Pacific Coast Roofing provided a thorough inspection of our 30 year old tile roof. They offered a fixed price for the inspection and repair of commonly discovered issues. Their service included removing tiles from valleys, roof edges, fireplace, skylights, and vents. They replaced flashing where required, repaired damaged plywood around the fireplace, and any broken tiles as part of their service. They also repaired edge rafters and edge plywood at an agreed extra cost. They kept me informed at all times and even provided photo documentation of the issues they found and their repair.nThe three man crew was on time and worked efficiently to complete the work despite the hot weather.nAll communication was done via texting with attached estimates, photos, and a final receipt upon payment. Their was always excellent documentation. I recommend Pacific Coast Roofing especially Brian, Leo, and their crew for any residential roofing job.

This could not have been easier! I chose Pacific Coast Roofing because of their high ratings and favorable reviews. Brian was very responsive and easy to work with. His communications were clear and accurate. He gave good advice--when I hesitated over the shingle color, he got a sample to my front porch promptly. He said they would do the job in July in one day, and that's exactly what they did. The roof looks great, exactly as we discussed. Job well done and no problems!

Brian and crew were very professional. They went out of their way to explain everything they were doing and answer all my questions during the installation, and took extra care with some extra ventilation and support requirements I had for my solar panels.nnThey even came back and re-did the gutters after I found that I needed them moved for the solar permit, free of charge! Great service; highly recommended!

Pacific Coast Roofing was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, the quality of their work is superb, their price was very fair, and they cleaned up meticuously. Very happy to give them 5 stars!
