Had a flat tire on my trail bike and went in to get it fixed. The owner is a helpful and kind person. He goes into great detail on repairs and such. Due to this he takes up a lot of your time and patience is needed. I am able to be polite and listen, however I was not very happy the second time I went to pick up my bike. When I arrived the owner was helping another customer so I waited. Their is another worker that I was unaware worked there. As I waited he invaded my space and kept talking to me about trivial things; an attempt at striking up conversation. However I was not in the mood and my body language was not welcoming. Both people did not pick up on the vibe I was giving off. I paid for my tire repair and left as quickly as I could.n1: It can be uncomfortable waiting there.n2: I was charged $40 in labor for 1flat tire repair. Not sure if this is the norm price for labor on a bike tire but at the end I felt like I should have gotten the bill cut in half. I can handle that the parts were $40 however that price for labor seems a bit steep. Who knows.
