*** Edited 11/13/2020: The following business day after my review I received a call from Ryan. He came out that morning and did the repair for a fair price. Out of courtesy I've upped their rating to 4 stars due to the positive outcome.nnPrevious experiences with Ascend Roofing were positive, but this ongoing recent one leaves me to believe that they currently have poor processes, poor follow through, and that they are not trustworthy.nnSince our installation of snow ridges on our roof in mid September, they promised to get us a quote and schedule for a repair they found during the install. After 4 weeks, several phone calls and another visit to re-measure the problem area, I thought we were finally making progress. Ryan said they could and would do the job during his October visit and that he would contact me shortly. I left multiple messages for Ryan with no response.nnThis Monday I called and spoke with the owner. He was kind and apologetic, promising a follow up call the next day. That didn't happen. Thursday I left another message, no call back.nnOver six weeks total have elapsed and here we are in the rainy season with no quote, no schedule, and I have to start over with another company.nnThey could have pretty much named their price and I would have had them do the job. I'm happy with the snow ridges, and extremely concerned about the leak I still have. I'd recommend at least shopping around before engaging their services.

Excellent job. Had enough crew on site to complete the new roof in one day. Clean-up was very good, protection deck, shrubs and plant done well. Close to the estimate that was given even after finding some damage caused by water. Fixed the damaged area very professional and in a very acceptable time. I would highly recommend Ascend Roofing to anyone that needs anything done that involves your roof.

When everyone else was too busy to give a bid on a roof replacement, Vern came out quickly and provided a reasonable quote. Ascend was able to make it out a week ahead of schedule and got the job done in one day. Came out a few weeks later and took care of the gutters, which look great and, again, done at a reasonable price. Thanks for the work Ascend

They are by far the best roofing company.nThey are prompt, they stand by their warranty and do great work. I highly recommend them to anyone. Vern and Dennis are awesome owners.

Dennis, Vern, Ryan, and the crew were responsive to our hopes and concerns about our re-roof project. In this time of Covid, materials were hard to come by but they managed the project well. We are pleased with the look of the job. We love the warranty on their work, too.
