Place is great! My friend and I were riding when she got a flat tire ( we are not experts) and David and the other employee were really helpful and get us back on the road. Definitely I’m coming back maybe for a tune up? ud83dude0aud83dudc4d

It is an awesome place!! Dave and Anthonynare amazing. To say customer service is great is an understatement! I drove from El Segundo to Alamo (400 miles) because they were so inviting and offered to put gears on my beach cruiser. GREAT experience! Bike is now usable on hills. Do go to their store. No disappointment!

Called Cal Bike and Snow and spoke with Dave. I called a few shops inquiring about return time for tune-ups, Dave was the only person who said that he hoped I would bring my bike by, so I did. I had a great talk with Dave, can't wait to pick up the bike and see how it rides.nnUpdate: I've now had two of my bikes serviced here, and Dave and Anthony are awesome. They were able to help me out with a carbon wheel swap, I was missing a piece for the hub and Dave took the initiative to call the manufacturer of the hub, locate the piece, replace and offer me a very fair deal on the whole process. Cal Bike and Snow is THE spot, try a bike, repair a bike, buy a bike.

Owner has a knowledgeable and database back into the 80’s which makes him extremely well rounded to help you figure your best fit. Honest and friendly is the first thing I say about this shop when people ask
