Semper Solaris - Concord Solar, Roofing, Heating & AC Company

extremely displeased with the so called service We decided to go with Semper solaris for a Tesla power wall for our solar . We contacted them and got things set up . Had the project financed through a credit union and thought we were on our way . We understood we were on a waiting list and it might take a month or two . Then several weeks ago they let us know they were ready to install . When they showed up we were informed that we needed to give them a check for $9,000 . When we told them that it had already been financed we were informed that they would check with the office and be back in a couple of days to install our battery . A couple of weeks went by . No phone call . No nothing . So I called . The person on the phone said that they had received the money for the project and that they would contact us the following day . A couple of more weeks no phone call . No nothing . So I called again , and again I was promised a reply back the next day . Again nothing for several days . So this morning I called back and demanded to know what the (foul word) was going on . I demanded to know what happened to the battery they were ready to install weeks before . After being put on hold several times . Totalling nearly an hour the person came back on line claiming that all the managers were in a meeting and couldn't be reached . Then told me that they had a date to install the battery and that that date was Dec. 21st. Other then that the explanation I got about the power wall they had ready for us was weak at best . At this point I feel like they were trying to rip us off for an extra 9 grand . Since they have already been paid 11,000 dollars up front we can't cancel and go else where , but if I were you . I might check out some other companies first before deciding on your solar project .

I'm going to keep it short and simple because I think a 1-Star rating speaks for itself. After a consultation, they never called back. I attempted 3 times to contact Semper Solaris and each time I spoke to an agent, they said someone will call me back. No one ever did. No phone calls and no emails.
