They were not the cheapest bid we received, but we were very impressed by their quality product and 50 year guarantee. Everyone we worked with was very professional. We had no conflicts and necessary change orders were clearly explained and priced fairly. The job was completed in a reasonable time frame. We were really impressed with their clean-up ethic. We definitely recommend Bay Valley Contractors for roof work.
The quality of the quality of the work was first rate, and I should know I have been building homes for 35 years. More importantly the communication between the company, the crew and most important the crew leader was excellent. We spoke the same language, had a real meeting of the minds, and they kept me informed.
I had a great experience with Bay Valley Contractors, with particular praise for Jose Montes, project manager, and initially, Dean Mouser's attention to detail in the original estimate. Although we ran over due to unforeseen items, they were always straight up about change orders and looking for solutions. The workers are wonderful. If the work holds up as well as it looks, I will be happy for many years.

Bay Valley Contractors replaced our roof and some windows and doors in the house and the improvement on quality of life has been beyond any of our expectations. On any warm day we could not be inside the house even with A/C on all day. After the new roof and windows A/C barely turns on when its 90F+ outside.nThe team has been very professional and responsive throughout the process, even with crazy times of COVID-19 they have been able to deliver and always respond to our satisfaction.
