High Definition did an excellent job installing my solar panels. They arrived as promised and finished in one day. They also cleaned up at the end of the day. Work was done professionally by their friendly installers. Cody was my project manager and he is very easy to work with and never did I have any issues. He was very accommodating. The inspection by the county inspectors was able to accommodate my schedule.nnI highly recommend High Definition for anybody wanting to install solar. High Definition solar price is hard to beat as I had two other quotes prior to selecting High Definition. Job well done!!!

Very satisfied with the solar install process thus far. We got 3 quotes and chose HiDef Solar because they had very competitive pricing and the necessary experience to work with our more complicated roof design -- a combination of tile and foam. We had 25 panels installed. They really listen to customer requests and updated us frequently during the permit process. Special thanks to Cody and Mark H. who went above and beyond to make the install go smoothly. Martin M.,the salesperson was quite knowledgeable. We love the system design and electricity production thus far. All the installers were clean, polite, organized and efficient!

The staff and salesmen were very personable and helpful. The equipment installed seems to be high quality. The work was finished in the time frame that we were told that it would be finished.

Most of the personnel at High Definition Solar were professional and helpful. I was impressed with both depth of knowledge and sociability of the sales person, solar panel installer and project manager. All questions and concerns I had were addressed to my satisfaction. I was particularly impressed with the completion process conducted by David Huntley in which I was invited to provide feedback that would better grow the company- what an idea- that the customer might be right!

Informative, patient, staff. Initial delay in getting things started but panels went up, inspection was scheduled and a couple of visits took place to explain how the system works.nnTwo issues came up.......the first inspection was scheduled with a 4 hour arrival window. Someone from High Definition Solar was supposed to meet the Inspector at our home but never showed up. The Inspector left and another meeting needed to be scheduled. Without any prior notice, on another day, someone from High Definition arrived at 8AM for the inspection and waited for several hours for the Inspector to arrive.nnHigh Definition Solar wanted us to sign off on the project before the inspection was done and the workings of the system explained. We said we wouldn't sign off until we understood how everything worked and the inspection was completed. They honored our requests and everything proceeded successfully.nnHigh Definition Solar works hard to satisfy customer concerns.
