My wife and I were very impressed with Rob from Roofmax during the bidding process as well as during the actual roofing job. His presentation was professional and not high pressure, which is always a turn-off for us. Rob stayed in contact with us and the work crew to see that everything was being done to our satisfaction.nnThe workers were punctual and they cleaned up after every days work. The work was finished in three days and the roof looks great.nnWe received other bids and actually some were lower than Roofmax but the warranty (transferable for the first twenty years) was so much better than those offered by all of the other roofing companies. This was very important to us.nnWe are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Roofmax to anyone needing a new roof.

I had a great experience with ROOFMAX before, during and after work was carried out by them to completely re-roof my house.nnOne of only a few companies who actually bothered to show up to provide a quotation on the work required.nnHowever, the thing that I really appreciated was the time taken by ROOFMAX to actually meet with me and walk me through their quotation. No hard sell, just honestly ensuring that I understood what work needed doing, why it needed doing and an explanation (in layman's terms) as to how the problems would be fixed. In addition, ROOFMAX were the only company to be able to offer a manufacturer's warranty in addition to their own labor warranty. The (GAF) manufacturer of the roofing materials used by ROOFMAX, send out their own inspector to look over the work carried out by ROOFMAX.nnOnly one calendar month passed between my initial acceptance of the ROOFMAX quotation, to the completion of the work. The specifics of the re-roof work was completed in 4 working days on what is a fairly large roof space. And throughout the entire project, various ROOFMAX representatives met with me to ensure that I was happy with the process and to answer any questions that I might have had.nnMy home was left weather-tight at the end of each working day and a thorough clean-up was also carried out at the end of each working day.nnAll work was completed in a thoroughly efficient and professional manner and with a minimum of disruption to me.nnAmazing Stuff ! I highly recommend ROOFMAX.
