I highly recommend North Rim adventures. I love the small town feel and excellent customer service. I had a flat tire and called them to get it remedied. My husband carted it to the shop where they fixed it quickly and I was able to ride it on that same beautiful Chico day! Through the years I have found them to be the most consistent, courteous and knowledgeable mechanics in town, AND they do not overcharge for with their services, regardless of whether the bike was purchased there or not!nSincerely Grateful for this terrific little shop!nCindy Piccinino
Went in to buy bike shorts, came out with a bike. North Rim will serve your needs! Great selection of bikes & gear, super friendly staff, I’d recommend this place for any biking wants & needs. Also it’s worth a trip to take a look at the cute little Honda they have as a display. Thank you, North Rim!
I love everything about this place. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. The work is excellent. I've bought 3 bikes from North Rim for me and my daughter. The staff was oriented toward our long term satisfaction and the follow up service is excellent. They're not satisfied until we are. Makes riding very comfortable and fun. Thanks.
Knowledgeable and patient staff. They carry great products and will help you however they can. Grant has been amazing to me and my family as well as many Of the other staff members we have interacted with. These guys are in my opinion the best shop in Chico and the surrounding areas
