No one answers the phone. Twice I was told that the doctor did not get back to them . I checked with the dr and both times the dr said he had called them. Dont put people in hold for 39+ minutes.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this pharmacy is a JOKE the employees that work there are SO RUDE and it took almost 2 weeks to get my prescription from them. And yes I was calling every other day. And when I finally went to pick up my prescription, they ignored me the whole time I was standing there.....NO OTHER CUSTOMERS, JUST ME! I suggest they change the way they do things before they lose more customers, because they just lost me, and I've been going there for years.

A suggestion for the pharmacy manager to tell their staff to not promise wait times they can't keep. One hour turns into two and a half then the staff gets upset with you for asking if it's ready yet. If it's going to be two and a half hours just tell patients that you are busy and it will be that long. I understand being busy and stretched thin on staff but lying to patients will only make the issue worse.

Heather is great. She went above and beyond for my husband after his surgery for insurance to approve his prescription refill. Elisa M, is no where near professional. I don’t know if she’s not from this country, but the way she treats her customers (arrogant & rude) is ridiculous. She’s not working with the Drs offices or the insurance, so there should be no reason why she shakes her head (twirling her hair, telling me medicine doesn’t just appear, it takes time) when we walk up to pick up our prescription. It’s non of her concern that we had been fighting with the insurance for the medical board to approve the request because the pharmacy unable to fill a full dosage. I was not even working with you all day long. It does not take much energy to be nice.
