Todd and his team with Dixie Roof Repair are the best of the best. I do real estate here in Washington County and have relied on Todd and his team extensively to take care of my clients. I have never had a single complaint. They are prompt and do quality work. And best of all, they are 100% honest. They will always shoot you straight and tell you exactly what they would do as if it were their own house. I highly recommend Dixie Roof Repair to anyone. You will not be disappointed with their service!
Although I have not used Dixie Roof Repairs personally, all my interactions with the owner have been handled professionally. There are many FAKE reviews left by another company in town. Take note how Todd has responded to every negative review personally and its a shame that another business owner spends their time writing fake reviews instead of building their own business and taking care of their own clients. I recommend this company.
Todd is great to work with and very responsive. I've been happy with all me dealings with him and Dixie Roof Repairs.
Todd arrived at the scheduled time and within minutes determined the source of the roof leak. He explained what the issue was and took pictures of the area to show me what needed to be done. His crew arrived early the next morning to fix it. Great service and great experience.
When I call it just rings and rings and rings. No answer to the phone. No voicemail. Seems with modern day tech you could set up a voicemail really easy. A red flag to me for any business is how they handle the phone. If they cant take your call. Dont answer. Dont have voicemail. Dont return calls......then how can I trust them with a roof that covers my home worth possibly millions?
