This place is great!!! Not sure if this is the same location we got our bikes at when we lived close by, regardless of that, I totally agree with what someone else mentioned. BMX bikes here you can find them and are great bikes.

Always liked these guys because of the large selection of BMX stuff whereas most places have none. Really solid mechanics, too, with a shorter turnaround time than most other local shops — especially in the age of coronavirus.

Finally found my go to bike shop. Very fair prices and honest service. Staff is very knowledgeable and were able to quickly assess the problem and give me a reasonable quote. They were a bit busy the afternoon I brought it in but I was able to pick up my bike the next morning. Grateful to have found my spot.

I took my bike in for a tune up, specifically mentioning that I believed there was an issue with my gears. The employee was dismissive. He took my bike, glanced at it, and said they'd need to replace the chain. I agreed (as the chain had never been replaced previously) and assumed they would do a more thorough check later. When I got my bike back, it was missing a plug from the handlebar. I mentioned it and a replacement was provided on the spot, which was fine. My mistake was not checking the bike for awhile, as I was in the process of moving. Unfortunately, it seems my gears were never so much as looked at. They went out on me entirely--on my first ride after the tune up! For the price, I had higher expectations for this shop.nnUPDATE: Took my bike to a different shop and they showed me that the new chain (which they confirmed I did not need) is too long. They suggested flushing my gears as a first step. Which Hank & Frank did not suggest or do. If I could give less than one star, I would. It will cost $40 to repair the mistake Hank & Frank made plus the cost to repair the original problem.nnUPDATE 2: After speaking with the manager, the shop is working on making amends, which is appreciated.
