The website says they have a drive through pharmacy but that isn't accurate. The drive through is boarded up and I got stuck as someone was using the exit as parking.nnOtherwise the staff was friendly and quick.

It's usually okay service is usually pretty good they are friendly and will help you find what you're looking for and wait in line is not usually that long because they move pretty fast

This CVS pharmacy location needs a lesson in good manners and customer service. There was no manager there so they felt that they could be sarcastic and indignant!. So this was 3/31 and the two employees there were not able to answer the phone properly to talk to a patient or in person..CVS needs to train on customer service!.

The pharmacy gave me outstanding service! My current Lakeshore CVS is closing, so I transferred my family’s complex Rx’s here, expecting complications. They contacted my doctors and insurance when necessary, told me exactly when things that had to be special ordered would show up and kept me informed every step of the way. Easy parking in the lot shared with Grocery Outlet.

Waited on hold for ten minutes to ask someone in pharmacy a question. When the service rep finally answered, she said hello once, waited about one second for my response, and then hung up. I was in the middle of saying hello when she hung up on me. So I called right back and waited again, and what happened? This time a male rep answered and did the exact. Same. Thing. Said hello, waited a today of one second, and then hung up. I literally did not have time to even speak before I got hung up on. Idk who trains these people on phone edicate but that was just about the worst I've ever experienced. You don't pick up a call that's been on hold and hang up without giving the person a solid chance to make it known they're still on the call. What a way to make someone angry. Now the store is closed and I can't get the prescription I need until tomorrow. Terrible, terrible service.
