I bought my trike from Zack years ago. I'm glad to see he's still there after 6 years of happy cycling. Great trike and great service, and, super knowledgeable.
Zach is an exceptional professional. He knows everything about recumbent bike. He is helpful and supportive. He helped me get a bike 4 years ago, had helped me in various advice since, and recently repaired some things, quickly, efficiently and with very fair (and quite low) price. Zach is awesome!

I am very impressed with Zach. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things recumbent, is accommodating, listens to your needs, patient in answering questions, efficient at recumbent maintenance and therefore, very reasonably priced, is honest, kind, does not engage in any hard-sell, and is objective about the products he sells as well as those he doesn't sell. I would give Zach more stars if I could. He is excellent and passionate about all things recumbent. If you are thinking about buying a recumbent, save your time shopping elsewhere and see Zach--you won't be disappointed.
Great customer service. You would be hard pressed to find someone with more product knowledge about Recumbents than Zach.
