Had the best experience at Alameda Bicycle. Ordered a bike which took about a month to arrive due to the high demand during the pandemic. Scott the general manager helped me choose the perfect bike for a beginner rider that was in my budget. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I picked my bike up today and also helped me choose a helmet. I would definitely recommend Alameda Bicycle for all your bicycle needs.
Alameda Bicycle has been such a huge service to myself and our local community here. Their staff are all incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Their text support and inventory checking process is second to none. They have helped me stay on the trails for a slice of sanity during these crazy times.
Great online ordering experience (they were the only place I could find my product in stock.) Good follow up, confirming the color selection was appropriate. Great fulfillment - had the product on Wednesday after a weekend online order.
I have been coming to Alameda Bicycle for a couple of years. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I did encounter one male employee who was a bit high strung, but I think he no loner works there because I haven’t seen him the last few times I’ve been there. I highly recommend Alameda Bicycle.
Through the challenges of COVID and high bike demand this year, Scott at Alameda Bicycles provided outstanding service. I had requested a particular bike not in stock, and he checked in with the supplier regularly, making sure to be in line to get one of few available. He tracked down the bike and stayed in constant touch through the whole process. The shop turned around service quickly, and the store pick-up was seamless and safe. Awesome local bike shop.
