I am so grateful for Brian and Spokes Bike Lounge. Brian was so patient, answered all of my questions, and provided exceptional care in helping us out. Brian helped me pick the right bike for me and also gave a very good advice! I bought 3 bikes from him already. I was a college student who didn't want to risk using the expensive bike in the campus and Spokes bike is a great place to find the second-hand bike with a fair price. My last bike is a Fuji hybrid which is a great choice for me too, good for commute to work and very stylish. He also help me to the annual check for free.
We went in last year to buy our first pedal bike for our son. Brian was so patient indulging a little person's curiosity. I really appreciated that he wasn't in a hurry to sell us a bike and he really was making a connection with our family. We bought a bike, which we had to wait for it to arrive. Brian generously loaned us a bike to borrow while we waited.
I have been bringing my bikes here for service and repair for almost a year. Brian's level of knowledge is impressive.
