I went in to buy a $350 driver. I asked the associate if he could remove the security sensor so I can swing the club. He said he can't. No manager was available at the time to talk to. I called and spoke to a manager and said that is the store policy. The sensor is weightless. Not to me. All I wanted to do was take a swing on the putting green before my purchase. They wouldn't have a problem if the golf demo area was open. I guess I could of bought the club, swung it then returned it instantly. This store will not be getting my business ud83dude12
Had to wait in check out line for a very longtime. No obvious reason and no acknowledgement I was waiting so long. No offer to take me to other cashier line.
Service is horrible. Workers in the golf department are extremely rude.
Went to buy ammo. Only place that isn't charging double, some are on sale. I drove 30 min from San Jose. Well worth the drive.
Online pickup is a joke. Multiple times I’ve driven over and when I go to pickup the item, they say it’s out of stock. What a joke and waste of time.
