Other Mike's Bikes stores that I've visited have much more kinder staff who deliver what they promised, solve problems, provide honest advice and have a customer-oriented culture. They are much more informed, professional, respectful, helpful, responsive, fair and that general sense of positive vibes.

Even though they have a huge backlog for more extensive tuneups right now, they still were able to take my walk-in to fix a flat and replace my back tire since it was a simple enough repair.
