CVS Pharmacy

Yvonne is an unprofessional and discriminatory employee. She accused me of stealing and yelled from behind the counter for pumping some hand sanitizer in my hand. Jimmy, the pharmacy tech, smirked and laughed about the whole situation. If customers are stopping and telling me how rude her reaction was, I know that it wasn’t just me and that her reaction was unnecessary. I hope that CVS policy doesn’t allow this and it isn’t policy to humiliate and belittle customers.

Always a long line and only one person working the pharmacy. Takes me 15-20 mins to pick up my free prescriptions. Can there be an express line? Or can ya’ll get adequate staffing?

I have been going to this CVS Pharmacy for years. They have the best customer service. My prescriptions are always filled quickly and accurately. They give flu shots too. I get mine there every year. Highly recommend them.

CVS is my Pharmacy. The staff is genuinely caring. I can always drop off my prescription and have it in hand within 15 minutes. Very rarely do they not have medicine in stock. I may have had three occasions out of a year where I had to wait next day for a prescription due to it not being in stock. Keep up the good work guys.
