Publix Pharmacy at Embrey Mill Town Center

Extremely friendly associates. As soon as you enter you’re greeted with a smile and sanitized cart. Someone is always there to ask what size cart you need. The store is very bright and organized. The layout has everything strategically placed for convenience. Every employee says hello and asks if you need help no matter what they are doing. They all wear masks and even have masks available if you left yours in the car or at home. The availability and pricing of items is less than local chain grocery stores. The lines have minimal wait times. All of the employees are easy to spot with the green shirts and aprons. There is always someone watching to make sure lines don’t get too long. They have someone to help with bagging your items. You can use the app to pay by just putting your phone up to the QR code. Very convenient in a post Covid world. After that you are offered assistance to being your groceries to your car. This place is like a dream come true. They even have curbside pick up and delivery to your home. I’ve used curbside and delivery. It’s very convenient. The pharmacy has a drive thru and the pharmacy staff literally go out of their way to assist you. I had surgery on my foot and they saw my prescriptions then asked if I needed cotton pads to apply medication. The technician offered to pick out an ice pack for me and a few other medical supplies I needed for after care. The app notifies you when your prescription is ready. This is how a grocery and pharmacy is supposed to be in the year 2021. Thank you to all of the staff and Mr. PUBLIX for brining this wonderful grocery store from Florida/Georgia! I’m never going to any other grocery store ever. The standard has been raised. Great Job Publix!!!!!
