Walmart Pharmacy

Always fast and helpful.

Pharmacy is ok. 1st they will not fill my controlled substances prescriptions that are opiates. This is a Walmart policy I have not had any problems any where els that is not Walmart. I have a history of taking those medications for over 10 years but Walmart refuses to fill them. Convince is they have a drive through. Text when prescriptions are ready or to refill reminder. Staff is ok some times they don’t want to do it that day if it 15 minutes or less before they close. Honestly they have the best price of any medication I have that they will fill which is the only reason keeping me coming back for my medications.

Incompetent service. Tried to charge me double for an eye script that I’ve been getting for years and would not listen that I used 2 drops a day so 40 drops is actually less than a ONE month prescription not TWO months. That’s the reason it was twice the amount? Went to CVS and duh, got it for the usual price. Intelligent people listening to reason, not robotic millennials.

I've been patronizing this Walmart for a couple of yrs and although the prices are a bit higher than Central Park's Walmart, the convenience is worth the extra few cents. I have to admit, the selections (esp. meats) are not as great as Central Park, but overall, I will continue to shop here. The staff can definitely use some additional customer svc training but other than that, I will continue to patronize this particular store.
