I have used CVS as my pharmacy since I was in kindergarten. I’ve never had a bad experience at one and I’ve lived in 6 cities. This CVS is the worst I have ever been too.nnThis is all during COVID. There is only 1 Lane at the drive thru but they are doing drive thru COVID testing so instead of doing the testing in a parking lot space they clog up the drive thru. I ended up going inside after waiting on line for 10 minutes. The pharmacist was sitting in the pharmacy without a mask on. During a pandemic she isn’t wearing a mask!!nnI went up to get my prescription. I had already gone online and submit my coupon card so my copay would be $10, I also wanted to do it because it’s always easier for the pharmacy techs if it’s in the system already. The man at the counter had a very thick accent and I could barely understand him, he had a mask on which made it even harder. When I went up to tell him my name he ignored me the first 2 times. When he finally got my prescription he asked if I knew how much the copay was. I said the coupon code should be in the system already. He stated it wasn’t. I have him my phone with the coupon card on it, he miss entered the information multiple times and needed another pharmacy tech to do it for him. He asked me to wait so I waited, they said it’s be a few minutes as the pharmacist was on her lunch break (at 3:45pm).nnI sat down to wait and a white woman yelled at me telling me I couldn’t wait by the pharmacy for my prescription to be confirmed by the pharmacist on lunch. I asked where I should wait and she said my car. I asked how long it would be and she said she didn’t know. The pharmacist then went to the counter to answer a phone call. I asked the woman who yelled at me why the pharmacist couldn’t reconfirm my prescription, she said because she was on break. She was on a break but could answer a phone?!nnI ended up leaving in a storm because they couldn’t tell me how long the wait would be. At 4:40pm CVS called me just to say my prescription was ready. I would have had to wait an hour for the pharmacist to reconfirm my prescription.nnI’ve worked retail and if I was needed during my break I would go because that’s work. This CVS is unorganized, rude and unprofessional. Do not go here. There’s one on Garrisonville Rd that’s much better.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ever. I have been misinformed, lied to, been spoken to very rudely. I have waited for scripts that I was told on the phone that they were ready. Only to get there and they were not. After waiting for them for 20 minutes, I was told to go back to the end of the line for another 10 minutes. Not once was i apologized to or thanked for my patience. But continued rudeness. The last time I called and was told they would be ready. I waited an hour and went thru the drive thru. The girl says they are not ready and i need to wait 30 minutes. She says they are not responsible for extmessages saying prescriptions are ready when they are not. I told her that I spoke to the pharmacy by phone. She comes back with my scripts and acted like I gas done something wrong. I explained my frustrations only to be disrespected again. Needles to say I will try another pharmacy.

I appreciate the text message reminders for my prescriptions, however when calling the Pharmacy and after being on hold for almost 30 minutes, different female associates do not say hello nor speak directly into the phone. I hear conversations or someone talking and then the phone is hung up on the store's end. After 30 minutes of waiting to speak to the Pharmacy.

Understanding that these are challenging times there is NO excuse for the way I was treated today at this CVS.nnFirstly, the pharmacy drive through lane should NOT be used for COVID testing. They make every other customer wait while they do testing in this line. Today there were 3 cars in line and no indication that the first car was being tested. After being stuck in line, I finally walked up to the window to be told I was “welcome to go inside!” Why are regular customers being told to go inside? COVID tests should be done in the parking lot, like at other places.nnIf you can’t prioritize customer service correctly, don’t do the testing. Inside, there were 4 pharmacy employees standing behind the counter. It seems they have plenty of staff to cover all needs in an adequate and efficient manner.nnThe pharmacy employees said the way this is handled is not within their control. So, after returning home, I called to speak with the store manager. “Jessica” came to the phone and said she was the manager on duty today. I explained my dilemma and offered a couple of suggestions as solutions. I asked Jessica to indicate that she “heard” me. She told me that I should call corporate, to which I said, “I am your customer and my issue is with your store. I would suggest that YOU offer me a solution or I’ll have to take my business elsewhere!”nnAnd she hung up on me!!!nnMy next phone call was to CVS corporate and they were very helpful! I suggest, given the number of complaints like mine, that we need to bombard corporate with complaints about this store.nnWhy should we be inconvenienced to have to go somewhere else? They need to hire staff that will care about the customers!!

Horrible customer service. Incompetent employees and unhelpful pharmacist. Sat in drive through line for over an hour.
