Trek Bicycle Stafford Aquia Park

The most helpful and clean bike shop I have visited. Sam was the best and very professional and made sure my son’s tricycle was in best working condition. The entire shop is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Love this place!

I'm an avid cyclist and have come to love the Trek store. Even though Trek is an international company, this store feels very local. They are enormously friendly, passionate about bikes, and know their stuff. But what I appreciate most is that they put building life-long loyalty before making an immediate buck - here's an example.nnMountain bike suspension systems need to be rebuilt after a set number of hours - and the service is fairly expensive. I brought my bike in because it was time for a rebuild and had several other things for them to address. When I picked up my bike, they said they checked out my suspension and since I had taken such good care of the bike, it was still in good shape and didn't need the service (and that I probably had another year until I needed to consider it). They also gave me a tip on a product they didn't sell that could give my suspension even more life.nnThey could have easily done the rebuild, pocketing a few hundred dollars for doing what I asked them to do. But when they found it wasn't necessary, they chose not to do the rebuild, saving me a lot of money.nnI could tell the story of when I bent my derailleur hanger or the time I crashed and stretched my shifting cable and they charged me almost nothing to fix (note that this all was within the first year of owning my Trek mountain bike which as a great warrantee). There was the time the other week where I had an issue later in the day and they worked to fix it right then even though they were packing up to close.nnOver and over, the awesome people at the Trek store have gone above and beyond. As a result, they have earned my trust and loyalty. I give them my highest recommendation.

These guys made my 6 year old's day with a new kickstand and free stickers. Great hometown bike shop for Stafford locals. Don't go to the big box support these guys, well worth it!
