I just had the best experience checking out. I had a citronella plant with no price tag. My cashier was cheerful and handled it quickly and was so apologetic about my wait. He thanked me for my patience and was very upbeat about the added work of finding a price that was not even in the system! According to garden it is rung up as a Red Bell Pepper plant and then you have to up price from $3.98 to $12.98. Awesome job store 1909, terminal 5 at 13:56:20 on 4/25/21!!!!

My experience trying to get a dishwasher installed was a nightmare. First time mega plumbing guy had no idea what to do. He left and they never called back, after calls and trips to customer service, we got another appointment, then they never showed that day, and the installation service number read the notes and said they weren't coming out. Another trip to store to tell them I'm done, take back your appliance. They picked up 4 days ago, another trip back to store, and they haven't credited me yet. So frustrated.

Updated: My range died and this was the only store that offered next day delivery. So despite the horrible customer service I received here before, I ordered a new range from Lowes. To make a very long story short my order got transferred to another store last minute, canceled, and scheduled to be delivered to the wrong address. I also had to call the store repeatedly, and got hung up on more than once. My next day delivery took 3 days. And what is worse there was no customer service!! The new range was brought into my hose but that was about it! We had to put it in place!nAll in all I will only go into this Lowes again if there is literally no other option!
