Hotel rooms are not being cleaned, nor is the trash being taken out. Housekeeping only comes to clean the room every 4 days. They do not offer clean towels, we had to force them to bring us some more clean ones. They say it’s due to COVID. COVID shouldn’t be an excuse not to clean hotel rooms. What type of hotel doesn’t offer housekeeping service everyday. All this information was not communicated to us upon arrival at all. The please make sure you make plans to buy breakfast, the “offer breakfast” but it’s a tiny box of cereal, tiny box juice and Applesauce. Kids sizes!nThe front desk representative is very rude.
This hotel is under construction. We were unaware at the time of booking, however we got a good rate so that helped easy the disappointment. We were only here for the night, therefore we were not effected by it as we arrived late and left early. I would want to know this if I were planning to stay here any length of time. But on the positive side .... The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location and convenient .
Check out is at 12:30, so thats a plus. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are ordinary, could use some upgrades. Not bad for the price.
