Just witnessed a worker (Fatimah) there follow around a Black man around the entire and then she yelled at him when he requested that she not follow him. Is that acceptable in 2021?

The service in the beauty department was fantastic.nI came in looking sunscreen for my sensitive skin. I think the employee's name was Fatima, she was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain how mineral based sunscreens work, and let me sample different types of sunscreen that would be best for my skin type. She took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me a sample! After that she also helped me pick out a facial wash for sensitive skin. Thanks for the great service. It really made my day!

I had an appointment for a covid test and was waiting in the drive thru line as directed. The line was long and by the time I got to the window, they told me it was past my time and they couldn’t see me anymore. I asked if they could reschedule my appointment because it was not my fault as I was there on time, and the lady at the window accused me of lying. She said there was nothing they can do for me. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never return here again.

Poorly managed Drive-through testing center: I arrived 5 mins ahead of scheduled time but had to wait in the line for over one hour before finally getting tested. The place looks extremely short-handed and staff was not able to attend to people who had reservation and had a very bad attitude when we called to check why the line hasn’t moved for 20 mins. There was also no cleaning wipe (different from what online video shows) for the box where people drop off their finished COVID testing kit — which definitely raises a concern and shows a poor quality control
